Taking place at the Santa Monica Pier, lovely actresses including Hilary Swank, Kate Beckinsale and Jessica Chastain all made appearances at the stage show's grand debut.
Other celebrities hitting the press area prior to the performance's onset included Kristin Cavallari with fiance Jay Cutler, Heather Graham, Christian Serratos with Edi Gathegi and Ali Landry with Alejandro Monteverde and daughter Estela.
As for the big production, Cirque du Soleil’s OVO is self-described as "an immersion into the teeming and energetic world of insects.”
