The "High School Musical" hottie wore a black and white beach cover as she gazed from the shoreline while her swimsuit-clad beau hopped on a paddleboard and took to the Pacific Ocean waters before making his way back to dry land to lunch with his lady.
Making the trip to Hawaii as Miss Hudgens continues forth on her "Journey 2: The Mysterious Island" press tour, Vanessa previously visited Australia for her film's Melbourne and Sydney premieres.
During the stay, the 23-year-old was asked by Aussie press whether life is quieter now that she's left "High School Musical" behind.
To this, Hudgens replied, "There's definitely not as much high-pitched screaming any more, which I'm good with."
